Cashier cum Retail Sales Associate

• Streamline our operation processes both in online shop. • Be the face of the brand in our shop • Providing customers with detailed product information and recommendations. • Totaling purchases and processing and credit card payments. • Processing exchanges, returns, and refunds according to company policies. • Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. • Assisting with stock management. • Managing our online retail presence. • Support in implementation of our marketing strategies. Qualifications: • Previous experience in cashiering or a similar role is preferred. • Strong mathematical and numerical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
